In 2023, Caitlyn and Justin Williams embarked on a remarkable journey, leading to the creation of Culture2Connect. Justin, an experienced Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) executive, recognized a growing need in the hospitality industry for more than traditional recruiting services. Meanwhile, Caitlyn, a seasoned nursing leader with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), witnessed the challenges of recruiting healthcare professionals who not only possessed clinical competencies but also shared the vision and dedication of the healthcare institutions they served. Fate brought Caitlyn and Justin together, both realizing the importance of recruitment services prioritizing cultural fit.
